1. No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or mistaken orders. Please double-check product details before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • Ensure the item is in original packaging and unused

We will assess the case and offer a refund or replacement based on availability.

3. Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no extra cost.

4. Pre-Order & ETA Products

Pre-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) are subject to delays outside our control, such as supplier or shipping issues.
