📦 Processing Time

  • Ready Stock items ship within 1–3 working days after full payment is confirmed.

  • For Pre-Order items, we ship within 1–3 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

🛒 Shipping Rates

  • West Malaysia:
    RM10 flat rate | Free shipping for orders over RM200

  • East Malaysia:
    Shipping fee calculated at checkout (based on weight & location)

📍 Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days after dispatch

  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days after dispatch
    (Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier and location.)
