2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet.

  • Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ready stock items are shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order items are shipped within 1–3 working days once they arrive at our warehouse.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to external courier issues; we are not responsible for such delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving your item if it is damaged or incorrect.

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

5. Pre-Orders & ETA

  • Pre-order items are subject to availability and estimated delivery dates (ETA).

  • ETA may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays — updates will be provided if changes occur.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is kept secure and used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
